Fuller to Participate in Future Leaders Alliance
Renee Fuller, Assistant Vice President at Bradford National Bank, has been selected to participate in the Future Leaders Alliance program (FLA), facilitated by the Illinois Bankers Association. This comprehensive 14-month leadership initiative is designed to advance the professional growth of emerging bank leaders through education, community service, and networking opportunities.
Participants will engage in structured training that includes attendance at educational seminars, completion of a strategic advancement project, and involvement in local community service focused on financial literacy instruction. The program’s curriculum encompasses essential topics such as Leadership and Influence, Team Building, Coaching, Service Leadership, Collaboration Skills, Financial Marketing, Personal Branding, Legislative Process, Presentation Skills, Accounting for Bankers, Asset Liability Management, Regulatory Hot Topics, Cybersecurity, among others.
Vice President Jeffery Hasenmyer, an alumnus of the FLA program, stated, “Renee is a highly qualified candidate for this program. Her leadership skills and commitment to Bradford National Bank and its customers are exemplary.”
Renee currently manages the Highland branch and has contributed over 20 years of service to Bradford National Bank.
