Bradford National Bank Vice President Brandon Camp Graduates from Illinois Bankers Association’s Future Leaders Alliance Program
Greenville, IL – Bradford National Bank proudly announces that Brandon Camp, Vice President, has successfully completed the prestigious Future Leaders Alliance (FLA) program offered by the Illinois Bankers Association (IBA). The graduation ceremony took place during the IBA’s annual ONE Conference on Friday, March 13th.
The 14-month FLA program is specifically designed to develop promising banking professionals into confident, well-rounded leaders. Participants engage in a comprehensive curriculum focused on three key pillars: advanced education, meaningful community service, and strategic networking.
The program’s rigorous educational component included in-depth sessions on critical topics such as Leadership and Influence, Team Building, Coaching, Service Leadership, Collaboration Skills, Financial Marketing and Branding, the Legislative Process, Presentation Skills, Accounting for Bankers, Asset Liability Management, Regulatory Hot Topics, Cyber Security, and a hands-on online banking simulation. In addition, each participant completed a capstone advancement strategy project that delivered direct value to their institution and its customers.

Camp becomes the sixth Bradford National Bank employee to graduate from the Future Leaders Alliance program, reflecting the bank’s longstanding commitment to leadership development and investing in its talented team members.
