Rich Knebel is a Vice President at Bradford National Bank where his responsibilities include commercial, residential and consumer loans.  His office is at their Highland Banking Center.  He has worked in banking for 30+ years and been involved with trusts, estates, retirement plans and various other areas of banking.

Rich’s education includes a B.S. in Finance from SIUE, a M.B.A. from SIUE and a Certified Financial Planner ®

Rich is involved with Highland Rotary Club, St. Rose School Board, Mater Dei Foundation Board, previous President of Highland Chamber of Commerce, previous Hard Road Theatre Board Member, previous member of Pregnancy Care Center Banquet Committee.
