Bradford National Bank president Frank Joy said, “We are proud of our local mortgage lenders and the job they do to deliver quality products to our clients. Today it is very important to have a mortgage lender that you know and trust. By banking with a local community bank like ours you can be assured that we will be there to help when needed. We are pleased to be recognized for the fourth consecutive year for our high level of participation in the Rural Development Guaranteed Loan Program.”
Guaranteed Rural Housing Loans are available to assist eligible households with incomes that do not exceed 115% of median income for the area. The program provides up to 100% financing for moderate-income applicants. This eliminates the need for down payment and private mortgage insurance. Customers receive competitive 30-year loans with fixed interest rates. They work with local community lenders, using conventional lender's forms and receive quick service.
The Rural Development guaranteed home loan program also offers flexible credit guidelines and generous income limits. More information is available by calling Terry Barth or Pennie Slatton at Bradford National Bank 664-2200, or Rich Knebel in Highland at 651-1700.
